Contrary to popular belief, rear seats were not a JDM option; rather, the vast majority of FDs in Japan are 4-seaters, with only a few exceptions (such as the Version II Type R2 ('93-'95), Type RZ, and Spirit-R Type-A). And very few of these limited models were made. All export versions of the FD3S, however, were 2-seaters. This is the much sought after COMPLETE rear seat setup, never available here in the US: rear seats, divider, rear panels, and seatbelts.
